Warranty
Here at Olight, we believe in our products.
If your Olight product has any defect as a result of the materials or workmanship, please email cs@olightstore.ca. (We may need your serial number(S/N), order number, and a simple description about your issue. If possible, please attach a video that shows the problem with your flashlight). We want to make it right!
Within 30 days of purchase:
You have the flexibility to return your order for any reason within 30 days from the date of receipt. To qualify for a return, please ensure that the items are in new condition, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Kindly note that free or promotional items must be returned along with the original item in order to receive a full refund.
Within Limited Warranty:
Please contact our customer service at cs@olightstore.ca for replacement. (The customer is responsible for the replacement shipping fee cost)
*We may need your serial number(S/N), order number, and a simple description about your issue. If possible, please attach a video that shows the problem with your flashlight.
After Limited Warranty:
Items are no longer under warranty, but we are glad to offer you 10%~30% off to reorder a new light on our online store.
Points:
*Accessories such as pocket clips, holsters, filters, and lanyards are not under our warranty. These are accessories given for free with our products.
*1-Year Warranty: I1R/I1R2 EOS; MCC charging cable; QD Mount; Remote Switch Pressure Switch
*2-Year Warranty: 1R2 PRO/IXV keychain light; Built-in battery lights; Rechargeable batteries; Built-in battery weapon lights
*5-Year Warranty: Most flashlights (Including Omni-Dok).
*10-Year Warranty: X9R Marauder
*Lifetime Warranty: Oknife
We would like you to do some troubleshooting first:
Test if the light is in the lockout mode: when you click the button it only shows the red indicator light on, which means the light is in the lockout mode. Please press and hold the button for about 3 seconds to get the product out of the lockout mode.
Test the MCC:
*please connect the charger to a metal object to see if it turns red. If it is still green, then it seems your MCC is defective (MCC1A).
*Please kindly attach a metal key to the MCC3 (MCC3=MCC 1A/1.5A/2A) charging cable, to see if it turns green or not. If yes, the charging cable is normal.
Test the battery: please check if the light can be turned on while connected to the charger. If so, then the battery may get faulty.
Test the barrel or tail switch: please ensure the barrel or tail cap is fully tightened, and the charging contact surface is clean.
If your light issue was caused by a defective battery or charging cable, you could purchase a new one on our website or contact our customer service for a new replacement if it's within the warranty period.
If you have tried all these methods that still don't work, please contact our customer service at cs@olightstore.ca, and our customer service team will take care of you.
Please note:
This warranty does NOT cover normal wear and tear. IF YOUR LIGHT HAS SIGNIFICANT DAMAGE AND IT IS SENT TO US, WE WILL SEND IT BACK TO YOU.
This warranty also does NOT cover modifications, misuse, disintegrations, negligence, accidents, improper maintenance, or repair by anyone other than an Authorized retailer or Olight itself.
